Our Services
Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Services
Intensive outpatient services (ASAM Level 2.1) is a structured program of skilled treatment services with interdisciplinary care for substance use disorders. Services deliver a minimum of three service hours per service day for adults to achieve an average of 9 to 19 hours of services per week. This service is provided to individuals who do not require the intensive level of care of inpatient, residential, or partial hospitalization services. This model lets individuals apply coping strategies while balancing recovery with work, school or family commitments. Core program components blend clinical and peer-based services that include:
-
Group therapy for mutual support
-
Case management to coordinate medical, social and community resources
-
Direct affiliation with, or close coordination through referrals to higher and lower levels of care and supportive community resources
-
Staff who are cross-trained to understand signs and symptoms of psychiatric disorders. Staff will also be able to understand substance use and/or other addictive disorders.
Mental Health Skill Building Services
Mental Health Skill Building services are designed for individuals aged 18 and older who face significant functional limitations. We provide the training and support needed to help individuals achieve and maintain stability and independence in the least restrictive environment. Individuals may be eligible if they have a dual diagnosis of mental illness and developmental disability, or a dual diagnosis of mental illness and substance use disorder. For those with co-occurring disorders, integrated treatment is available as long as the substance use treatment aims to positively impact the mental health condition. To qualify, individuals must have had a prescription for antipsychotic, mood stabilizing, or antidepressant medications within the 12 months prior to the Comprehensive Needs Assessment. Core program components offer:
-
Skill Development: Build functional skills and appropriate behaviors related to health and safety.
-
Community Resource Utilization: Learn how to effectively use community resources.
-
Medication Management Support: Assistance with medication management (We do not administer medication).
-
Health Monitoring: Keep track of health, nutrition, and physical conditions
Community Stabilization
Community Stabilization is to stabilize the individual within their community and support the individual and/or support system during the periods between an initial Crisis Response, and entry into an established follow-up service. Our clinicians will assess the appropriate level of care as a transitional step-down from a higher level of care and recommend what level of service is needed next.
